Fr McHugh was the parish priest of Kilmore, Victoria from 1928 to 1942. Outside his pastoral duties, Fr McHugh had many interests, one of which was film making. We acknowledge and thank Fr McHugh for documenting parish community life and allowing us a glimpse into our past.
