Kilmore Historical society has two upcoming meetings to put in your diary.

Our November meeting will be held on the second Tuesday (11 November) at the Old Post Office. Instead of a guest speaker we will have a ‘Show and Tell’ session, on the theme of ‘something old that is still in regular use’. If you have something forty or fifty years old, or more, that you still use – consider bringing it along and telling us about it.

The meeting will commence at 7:30 pm as usual, and will be followed by supper and a chance to mingle.

The December meeting will be a Christmas breakup. Catering will be ‘bring a plate to share’. We will have a special treat in that the new Walk Book has now gone to the publishers. The December meeting will be the official book launch. Copies should be available for sale on the day.
