Our guest speaker for February was Mitchell Shire Councillor Nathan Clark, who spoke on heritage from an interesting perspective – he looked at forecasts made at Council from thirty or so years ago and concluded that changes can often happen faster than we expect. We also discussed the Council’s support for heritage related issues, and what could be done to improve local policies to tighten official support.

The meeting was followed by supper and a general get-together.

Our March meeting is scheduled for the first Tuesday in March.
